Overview Making your first game as a new indie studio means that on top of actually making the game, you've got to do pretty much everything yourself. Self-fund, self-market, self-publish, self-incorporate, self-everything. This talk will chronicle that crucial first year as we made our first game and prepared if for a cross-platform PC and tablet release. There were some great moments and some harsh lessons in that year, with great advice from other game dev friends and mentors. This presentation will share everything that we learned.
