This session will hit two major themes, performance marketing and modeling.
Performance marketing involves two sides of the coin: figuring out the right lifetime value and the right costs of acquisition. How do you properly execute attribution in a time of omni channel marketing? How do you properly measure where a use came from and if what you have spent is paying off?
From there, we will move into post installation issues for the BI team, primarily focusing on what drives spending, churn and conversion. This will be covered through the lens of statistical modeling, starting with traditional approaches like regression and up into machine learning.
