This session presents a methodology for making compelling control schemes for games that use unfamiliar input interfaces (like motion sensing technology.) Attendees will learn about the implementation and benefits of Empowering Control Customization which at its core preaches giving players an extensive array of control options to help them better come to gripes with new methods of game input and how this methodology was used to help make The Conduit one of the best controlling First Person Shooters on the Wii without overwhelming the player with options.
