Overview:

In this session Guerrilla's studio art director will explain how the art process at Guerrilla works and how it has evolved over time. It will highlight two separate aspects. First it will look at our art directional process. We will show how we design our worlds and how art direction works together with game direction. Second, it will take the audience through the technology and methodology Guerrilla has developed and adopted to ensure the highest possible art quality. It will look at the team structure, the various art teams, their processes, their tools, but also how we deal with outsourcing and how these elements have changed over time. Finally, we will take a look at how Guerrilla intends to change the process as we face the challenges of our future.
