Overview: Spry Fox is mainly known for its experiments in the F2P space, including Triple Town and Realm of the Mad God, as well as the recently released Highgrounds and Leap Day. In this panel, David, Daniel, and Ryan will walk the audience through the process that Spry Fox uses to prototype, release, and maintain/update its original games, and how we attempt to reinvent our business model with each and every game we release. We intend to transition relatively quickly to an open forum format for an honest conversation with the audience about what we've done that works, and what has resulted in painful failures.
