Start to Finish: The New Recipe for the Conceptualization, Design, and Development of a Mobile Application


How do the best startups in the world go from an idea to an app? Speaking from his experience as CEO of Monsoon, Sandeep Sood will share the latest and greatest in app strategy, design, and development. Instead of talking about theories and ideas, Sandeep will share actual case studies, based on projects that he and his team have worked on. The first case study will cover strategy. Is there an 'agile' approach to strategy? Does "agile" actually exist? Why do seemingly chaotic processes often lead to breakthrough ideas? What do product managers do? How do CEOs, product managers, and designers generally differ in their approaches? Sandeep will then move into a case study that shows how the design process works.
