| Overview: | In this session we will walk through the common fields of battle fought by producers every day, and discuss constructs, strategies and tactics that are employed by many of those who lead their teams on paths to glory. We will start with basic building blocks of production, and then look at how these concepts build on each other to enable winning approaches to managing teams and shipping games. We will start with core truths that form our shared language of production, and move to more advanced topics as we build a framework to analyze and manage quality, performance and risk. There may be math, but there also may be bacon. |
