Overview: Bluffing and misdirection are regular key game mechanics in physical tabletop games, yet in video games these mechanics are not so rampant. In this session tinyBuild's Mike Rose will explore how video games have tackled bluffing and feinting, with plenty of input from the game designers who have stormed the bluffing beaches, to learn which elements have worked best in digital form. As well as what designers could learn and potentially steal from the most devious board and card games.
