As the third in a series of popular talks on "self-playing" games, this will increment on the previous ones, unfolding new insights, and tapping into a wide range of data to learn about this strange new, often-idolized, genre. The talk will look at how the genre has grown, evolved, and expanded recently. New trends will be explored and new games will be analyzed, focusing not just on how they work but hopefully inspiring new games and mechanics from attendees.
