Overview: The word "fanservice" has somewhat of an unsavory history in the context of games, associated with shallow writing, harmful sexism and titillation for "horny fanboys." Yet sexual desire is a natural, multi-faceted part of many people's lives, and just like any other artistic medium, games can and should be willing to not just explore, but inspire that emotion. In this talk, writers, designers and other game developers will be given a useful six-point toolset on how to evoke desire in their games by writing and presenting sexy content in a way that's healthy, diverse and nuanced - not to mention fun and hot!
