Overview: Did you read the contract when you signed up to develop for the iPhone? Does anyone really read those pop-up contracts online? And even if you did, was there really an opportunity to negotiate with Apple over the terms? Presuming the answer to those three questions is no, and you're now developing for the iPhone, this is the ideal session for you. This session is a no-frills take on the iPhone contracts: the Registered iPhone Developer Agreement and the iPhone Developer Program License Agreement, including those few pitfalls or other clauses that you need to watch out for, such as the encryption provisions. This is your opportunity to hear from an attorney on the iPhone contracts so that you know just what you've gotten into with the iPhone.
