In this session, Sebastien will review the market for world building games on smartphones and cover postmortem topics on his studio's title, such as how he successfully operated a community oriented strategy, the importance of cross-platform, the best practices to identify a target audience (and how wrong he was on his first assumption!), how he ran users acquisition with a budget of under $10,000/month, how he learned to focus on key metrics despite limited resources and time and money, and what mistakes he made and should be avoided.|
