Overview:

This panel is designed to help the non-U.S. developer and publisher of social and casual games understand the U.S. legal regulatory context for Privacy Policies, Terms of Service and End User License Agreements from an U.S. federal and state law perspective.  The goal is to provide a business and legal overview, specific examples of problems to avoid, and resources to help you ensure compliance as you enter the U.S. market.  In particular, we will look at the problem of distributing through other parties’ websites as well as OEM deals, virtual currencies and credits, unclaimed property issues, and credit card regulations.
