Overview: The Quest is a new and exciting device, but has very different needs for performant rendering than traditional VR or mobile devices. This talk will cover techniques for creating art and rendering pipelines which perform well on Quest but still achieve a game's visual target. It will discuss lighting, shaders, models, post-processing, FX and more, as well as what choices to make while implementing and creating art for games on this device.
